Rotelle Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Rotelle and related services provided by Plane and Ladybird, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. License and Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Rotelle for personal or internal business use on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, or misuse the service.
3. Time Records and Worklogs
You are responsible for reviewing recorded time and Jira worklogs before using them for billing, payroll, compliance, or reporting. Rotelle does not guarantee that automatic or manually edited records satisfy your organization's policies.
4. Third-Party Services
Jira connectivity depends on Atlassian services and your organization's permissions. Your use of Jira remains subject to Atlassian's and your organization's terms.
5. Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rotelle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plane and Ladybird is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
