Ravioli Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect only information needed to provide and support Ravioli, such as license or account identifiers, billing status, and technical logs for reliability and security.

2. Clipboard, Image, and Snippet Content

Clipboard history, copied images, screenshot imports, recognized image text, and snippets are managed locally on your device. Image text recognition uses Apple’s on-device frameworks. This content is not sent to Plane and Ladybird as part of Ravioli’s clipboard workflow.

3. Billing Data

Payments are processed by external billing providers. We do not store full card numbers. We may store billing-related identifiers to manage Pro access, refunds, and fraud prevention.

4. Feedback and Feature Requests

If you submit feedback inside Ravioli, we receive the message you write, its selected type, the Ravioli version and build, your macOS version, and the submission time. Clipboard and snippet contents are not attached. We use these submissions to answer reports and improve Ravioli.

5. Data Use

We use data to operate the app, provide Pro access, process support requests, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers needed for product operation, such as hosting and billing.

7. Retention and Deletion Requests

We retain personal data only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. You may request deletion by contacting us.
