Ravioli Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ravioli and related services provided by Plane and Ladybird, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ravioli for personal or internal business use on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

3. Pricing and Payments

Ravioli offers a free mode and a paid Pro mode. Pro for major version v1 is sold as a one-time purchase unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party billing providers. Taxes and local currency handling depend on provider and region.

4. Version Policy

A purchase of Ravioli Pro v1 covers Pro features for major version 1. Future major versions may require a separate purchase.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ravioli is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plane and Ladybird is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
