Ravioli Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Ravioli Pro. If something is wrong, contact us and we will do our best to help quickly.

2. Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are typically eligible, especially for accidental purchase, billing errors, duplicate charges, or major technical issues.

Requests outside this window, repeated claims, or abuse-related cases may be declined.

3. How to Request

Send a request to hello@planeandladybird.com with order details, purchase email, and reason.

4. Response Time

We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method by the payment provider. Timing depends on provider and bank, and is usually completed within 5-10 business days.
