1. Agreement
By downloading or using Occhi di lupo, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and payment
Occhi di lupo is a paid app offered as a one-time App Store purchase. There is no subscription. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices permitted by Apple. Purchases, refunds, and Family Sharing are administered by Apple under its policies.
3. Wellness information, not medical care
The app provides reminders, guided wellness exercises, and general eye-care information. It is not medical advice, treatment, or a medical device. Stop an exercise if it causes pain, dizziness, nausea, worsening symptoms, or unusual discomfort, and seek professional advice when appropriate.
4. Vision Screening limitations
Vision Screening provides an approximate, non-medical result intended only for comparing personal trends. Results depend on viewing distance, screen calibration, lighting, device hardware, user input, and other conditions. The feature does not diagnose disease, estimate exact lens prescriptions or diopters, or replace an examination by an optometrist, ophthalmologist, or other qualified professional.
5. Notifications and Health integration
Reminder delivery depends on iOS notification permissions, Focus settings, battery state, and system behavior. Optional Apple Health entries depend on permission and service availability. We do not guarantee that every reminder or Health entry will be delivered or recorded.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, redistribute it outside mechanisms allowed by Apple, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, change, or discontinue features. Compatibility may depend on your iPhone model, iOS version, camera and depth capabilities, and Apple services.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Occhi di lupo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or medical suitability. Plane and Ladybird is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the app.
