1. Privacy at a glance
Occhi di lupo does not require an account, does not contain advertising, does not use third-party analytics, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell personal data.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores your settings, reminder schedule, exercise history, progress statistics, and saved Vision Screening results locally on your device using Apple system storage. This information is used only to provide app features.
3. Camera, TrueDepth, and depth data
When you use distance-aware exercises or Vision Screening, the app may use the front TrueDepth camera or available device depth sensors to estimate face-to-screen distance, ambient light, and device movement. Processing happens on the device. Occhi di lupo does not save photos or video, does not identify you, and does not send camera or depth data to Plane and Ladybird.
4. Apple Health
Apple Health integration is optional. If you enable it and grant permission, Occhi di lupo writes completed eye-break sessions as Mindful Sessions to Apple Health. The app does not read your Health data. Health information remains governed by your device permissions and Apple's privacy protections.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules eye-break reminders on your device. Notification preferences and schedules are stored locally. You can change or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings.
6. Purchases
Occhi di lupo is sold as a paid app through Apple's App Store. Payment and purchase records are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
7. Data sharing and retention
Because the app has no account or Plane and Ladybird backend, your locally stored app data is not transmitted to us. It remains until you delete it through app features, remove the app, or erase the device, subject to Apple's device backup behavior.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app's local-only design and lack of accounts or advertising apply to all users.
