Dispensa Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dispensa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dispensa on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or related services.

3. Free and Pro Features

Dispensa includes free features and optional Pro features. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and trial availability are shown by Apple before purchase.

4. AI Recognition

AI recognition, AI search, and search indexing provide suggestions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or inappropriate for a specific item or storage situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and confirming AI-generated suggestions before saving or relying on them.

5. Inventory Records and Labels

Dispensa is an organizational aid for storage places, boxes, QR labels, photos, notes, and item records. It does not guarantee that your physical items are present, safe, correctly labeled, correctly located, or recoverable. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of inventory records, QR labels, printed labels, exports, imports, and shared information before relying on them.

6. Backups, Imports, Sync, and Shared Households

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important inventory information and for deciding where exported files are saved or shared. Backup, import, restore, and sync features may depend on your device, Apple ID, iCloud settings, network connection, available storage, app version, and Apple services. Imports and sync may merge, update, duplicate, or overwrite records depending on the data involved. Review imported and synced data before relying on it.

You are responsible for managing shared household invitations and access to your inventory data. Remove access for family members or collaborators when they should no longer see or edit shared inventory.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of iCloud sync, AI recognition, AI search, backend services, QR label scanning, exports, imports, backups, or shared household features.

8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Dispensa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plane and Ladybird disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plane and Ladybird is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss, deletion, corruption, inaccuracy, mislabeling, failed recovery, failed sync, failed import, failed export, or loss of access to inventory records, photos, QR labels, backups, shared data, or other app data.
